Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Each decal is produced specifically for your order, including size, color, and design selections. Because of this, we are unable to restock or resell items.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

If the issue is verified, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.


Order Accuracy

Please double-check:

  • Shipping address
  • Size selections
  • Color selections

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer at checkout.


Installation Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper installation
  • Damage during application
  • Surface-related issues

Basic installation instructions are provided to help ensure a smooth application.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or delayed packages once shipped
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
